Where do you ship from?

I ship from Spain.

Do you ship anywhere?

Yes I do! Shipping one item costs 15€ outside Spain, 6€ to spanish residents. The price increases for more than one item as more weight is added.

What's the return/exchange policy?

If your item is lost in the mail or severely damaged, please contact with pictures/receipts and I will offer a full refund.

Items will not be exchanged. I don't accept returns.

How and when do you ship orders?

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible Monday to Saturday. I will be sending out notifications as soon as they're shipped.

Orders are shipped in thick protected envelopes to minimize costs.

Orders that contain more than two Acrylic stands may have to be shipped in a package, which will -significantly- increase the shipping price and force me to charge you an extra fee due to the postal service rates in my country. Thus, I strongly recommend splitting the order into envelopes. Please contact me for more information if you wish to place a large order.

How long will it take for it to arrive?

To Spain: 2-5 days.Internationally: 1 to 2 weeks.

My acrylic stand looks a bit dirty.

The acrylic stands come with a peel off clear plastic protection on BOTH sides in all pieces. Remember to peel off the plastic.
